Shipping Information…Please Read! Do Not Be Disappointed

Picture This…Framed offers a large selection of Collage Frames, Wall Frames, Tabletop Frames and Hinged Frames in many hard to find sizes.   We hand craft every frame on our website after you have placed your order. Thus most orders are shipped (leave our shop) within 2-4 business days. Larger orders may take a day or two longer. Once shipment has occurred you will receive an email shipping confirmation. While we make every effort to expedite orders as quickly as possible please keep this shipping information in mind when placing your order.

Frame Sizes:

All available sizes are listed for each frame on its order page. Our frame and mat sizes shown are for many of the standard and usual picture sizes available from most print shops. In many cases if you have an unusual size we can customize a frame and or mat to fit your particular picture. Please call or email us with your particular request.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $99.00

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Our minimum ground shipping charge is $10.50.

Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous States.

We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii at an additional charge. Please call or email us for a shipping quote if you reside in these states. Include your full shipping address and the product stock number(s) and quantities needed to ensure an accurate quote.

Defective Items:

We strive to ship only the highest quality picture frames. However if a frame arrives that is defective we will replace it for you. Please notify us of the defective frame via email and we will instruct you as to how we will proceed.

 Our Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the frame(s) that you have selected they may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
